PIHL – Trelleborg Harbour

In the southernmost harbor of Sweden in Trelleborg we were assigned to an extremely demanding task – provide a lay out for modern docks which will be build on the man-made land.

Measurement took place in a full operation of the current docs, which other land surveying companies could not satisfy due to constant movement of measured areas. Tomas Nodin says: “many other companies attempted to comply with this task but due to the heavy traffic, constant impacts of boats to the manmade land were all the measured objects in constant movement. Only the Control System Cubature was able to achieve the required precision for the construction of new docks.”
